Avenue 81’s on-site restaurant Mosaic takes full advantage of the nearby Downtown Overland Park Farmer’s Market for a menu filled with fresh fruits and vegetables. Chef Nick Wysong offers residents a rotating menu featuring seasonal goods from local farms in our upscale independent and assisted living dining rooms. Wysong also uses produce and herbs grown by residents in the Avenue 81 courtyard garden.

Local farm partners include Bean Soloais Farm, Campo Lindo, Crums Heirlooms, Fisher Meat, Organic Way, Krizmans House of Sausage, Citty Bitty Farms, Gerber Amish, Yoli Tortilleria, Jet Produce, Grand River Mushrooms, Speckman, Two Sisters Farm, and Micro Greens.
